Actuarial learning platform - beta launch

We're excited to share that we've just launched the beta version of our actuarial learning platform.

The platform is designed to make actuarial concepts easier to understand through short, focused lessons combined with questions and numerical exercises. The goal is simple: clear explanations, practical intuition, and learning that actually sticks.

The first course now available is "Introduction to the Solvency II Balance Sheet". It guides you step by step through the key building blocks of Solvency II, mixing concise reading lessons with interactive questions and calculations.

You're very welcome to try the platform and explore the course here: www.acturtle.com/learn

This is an early beta, so your feedback really matters to us. If you have any thoughts, suggestions, or spot anything that could be improved, we'd love to hear from you.

Yes, sure, I can help!

Could you send me your project (e.g. github link or zip file) to hello[at]acturtle.com?

I’ve now switched to Spyder. thank for your reply. but I’ve run into two issues:

I cannot call functions defined with the @variable decorator.
For model points created via ModelPointSet, the .get() method cannot be used properly.

Could you please help me figure out where I went wrong?

Hi Mia20471, thanks for the comment, that's very valuable to know!

What about Jupyter Notebook do you love? Which functionalities would be important for you?

Splitting code into chunks, adding notes, etc.?
